Description

Auditory test: auditory oddball task, which evaluates attention. Decrease in both evoked and whole power with age. Along with increased task-related electroencephalography (EEG) synchrony with age and decreased task-related EEG power during auditory attention test, Mueller et al. interpret this as reflecting a significant shift in perceptual representation of auditory events.
